BCC webinar to highlight free technical support

The British Ceramic Confederation is hosting an exclusive event for West Midlands member companies which will put the spotlight on free technical support available through the AMCASH project.Mike Small and Julian Moore, from the Business Engagement Team at the Advanced Materials Characterisation & Simulation Hub (AMCASH) will join the BCC for a webinar on Tuesday, February 1, from 10am to 11am.AMCASH, which is a part-funded ERDF programme, is co-ordinated through the School of Metallurgy & Materials at the University of Birmingham. The project offers regional SME organisations technical assistance over two-days.It was established to support small-to-medium businesses across five Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) areas; Greater Birmingham & Solihull, Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, The Marches and Stoke & Staffordshire. Member companies must be located within these areas to benefit from the scheme.During the webinar, members will be able to learn more about the free technical support AMCASH provides and the work that they have already undertaken for member companies, including helping a tableware company improve its energy efficiency.
