The UK ceramic industry’s Pledge initiative, led by the BCC, has guided continuous health and safety improvement for more than 20 years.In doing so, it has brought the sector together to share best practice, make improvements and celebrate the success stories behind the people and companies that have been the driving force behind health and safety initiatives within the UK ceramics sector.But surely for a scheme to be such a success for so long, there must be lessons to be learned on how you can galvanise an industry to move as one for change.Read our latest blog here.
